Privacy notice
In one line: we hold nothing about you beyond what you type into an enquiry or a booking, we use it for one thing only, which is to answer you, and it is cleared once that reason has passed.
Who we are
CyPro Consulting Ltd runs this Cloud Security Assessment website and delivers the assessment work through its own in-house cloud security consultants. Where you submit personal data through cloudsecurityassessment.co.uk, CyPro Consulting Ltd is the data controller responsible for it.
What we collect, and why
When you send the enquiry form or book a call, we receive the fields you fill in: your name, work email address, company, an optional phone number, and whatever you choose to tell us about your cloud estate and what you are trying to secure. We use that for two things and no others: to reply to you, and to carry out any cloud security assessment you go on to commission. We will not enrol you in a marketing list, we will not sell what you send us, and we will not pass it to any third party to use for their own ends.
Cookies
Until you accept the consent banner, no optional cookies run at all, analytics included. If you do turn analytics on, they tell us one thing and nothing more: which pages readers spend time on. Declining changes nothing about how the site works for you.
Spam protection
Cloudflare Turnstile guards the enquiry form, separating real visitors from automated traffic by assessing technical signals from your visit, among them your IP address and browser characteristics. Cloudflare documents how it handles that in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Retention
Your enquiry details are kept while the conversation, or any cloud security assessment that comes out of it, remains live. When that has run its course, they are removed in line with CyPro Consulting Ltd's retention schedule.
Your rights
UK GDPR gives you the full set of rights over your data: to see what we hold, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict how it is used, or to object to the processing entirely. To act on any of these, contact us through the contact page and we will handle the request promptly.
